The Story Behind The Name

Springtime has always brought Patrícia, our founder, back to her childhood memories of playing in her grandfather's pear orchard, whose last name was Pereira, which means pear tree in Portuguese. These happy memories, of playing outside freely amongst the flowers and fruits without worries or restrictions, are the foundation of the brand's identity and her family's roots are thus intrinsically connected with the brand's name.  As a painter passionate about fascinating stories, Patrícia created Pera Lima with a dream in mind of bringing the elements of art and narrative into the world of fashion.
